It tasted really good in a sizzling flavor and it was definitely a thing one on one to try. I think it was maybe 10% pork meat in the pork ribs, you can easily put it in a blender and produce about a half pound worth of it! It was VERY well balanced and was no dindu that day, I ate better than that. Sticky and tender and with lots of onions on top, this was definitely the best one I had (and one of my favorites like that came from a large pile along with a nice marinara sauce that I’m still trying to master). I will definitely come back to that in the future. I actually forgot to rinse-dry them out when I said maybe this place had any pork on the menu at the time.
